The mold is typical quality clear plastic, pretty much as expected. I'd expected to use this to mold filled chocolates, but didn't notice the 1/8" depth - it'll only be good for a single layer. Perhaps some orange or liquor-flavored chocolates, or the mints suggested by the name.
